Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Flaked fish 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Cooked / Canned)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Milk/Light cream / evaporated milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Minced onion/Parsley 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Heat the butter or margarine in a saucepan, add the flaked fish, stir to mix well.
2. Add the flour and salt and slowly add the milk. Stir and simmer about 5 minutes, adding the minced onion if used. Or use parsley to garnish the fish.
