|Flaked fish||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Cooked / Canned)|
|Milk/Light cream / evaporated milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Minced onion/Parsley||1 Teaspoon|
1. Heat the butter or margarine in a saucepan, add the flaked fish, stir to mix well.
2. Add the flour and salt and slowly add the milk. Stir and simmer about 5 minutes, adding the minced onion if used. Or use parsley to garnish the fish.
