Marinated Salmon Steaks

Ingredients
  Frozen salmon steaks 24 Ounce, thawed (Fresh Or Frozen, Four 6 Ounce Each Pieces)
  Creamy cucumber dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Snipped parsley 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Place salmon steaks in pie plate, 9 X 1 1/4 inches.
Spread about 1/2 tablespoon dressing on each steak.
Turn steaks over; spread with remaining dressing.
Refrigerate uncovered 15 minutes.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high (100%) until salmon flakes easily with fork, 6 1/2 to 9 minutes.
Sprinkle parsley over 2 salmon steaks; keep warm.
Cover and refrigerate remaining salmon steaks; use within 2 days for Salmon Parmigiana.
