Tuna Tetrazzini On Broccoli
|Mushroom white sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1/4 Recipe, 1 Serving)|
|Grated american cheese/Cheddar cheese||1 Ounce|
|Canned tuna||2 Ounce, drained, flaked|
|Cooked enriched broad noodles||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked chopped broccoli||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In top of double boiler, over boiling water, combine Mushroom White Sauce and cheese.
Cook, stirring constantly, until cheese melts.
Remove from heat.
Stir in tuna.
Make a layer of hot noodles on a serving dish.
Top with hot broccoli.
Spoon tuna mixture over broccoli and noodles.
