Oven Fried Lemon Fish
|Perch fillets||1 Pound|
|Egg||1 , slightly beaten|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Crushed corn flakes||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
In shallow bowl, combine egg, lemon juice, salt and pepper; mix well.
Dip fish in egg mixture, then in crumbs.
Place in ungreased baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes until fish flakes easily.
