|Lemon juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Tomatoes||2 , peeled and sliced|
|Finely chopped fresh parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry white wine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh basil||1 Tablespoon|
|Herbes de provence||1 Teaspoon, dried (Consisting Of Dried Thyme, Rosemary, Marjoram And Oregano)|
|Pine nuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Put the garlic, tomatoes, parslev, wine and basil in a saucepan, bring to the boil, reduce heat and cook for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle fish with lemon juice and pepper, and broil for 15 minutes until fish is well cooked.
When tomato mixture has slightly thickened, pour it over fish, sprinkle on herbs and pine nuts, and serve.
