Anchovy Cheese Ball

Ingredients
  Package cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened
  Anchovy paste 1 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Caraway seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Sliced radishes 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Vegetable dippers 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In mixer bowl beat cream cheese and butter or margarine with electric mixer.
Beat in anchovy paste, paprika, caraway, and mustard; blend well.
Line a small bowl with clear plastic wrap; turn mixture into bowl.
Cover; chill several hours or overnight.
Unmold onto serving plate; remove wrap and smooth surface.
Garnish with parsley and radish slices.
Serve with vegetables.
