Barbecued Fish Steaks with Capers
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Scallions||3 , finely chopped|
|Chives||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
Arrange fish steaks in a shallow dish and sprinkle with lemon juice, capers, scallions, chives, salt and pepper and let stand for 30 minutes.
Place fish on the grid over medium coals and cook for 12-15 minutes, until white and tender, turning twice.
Brush with lemon baste in last few minutes of cooking.
