This grilled Mahi Mahi is a wonderful summertime recipe that you would enjoy sharing with your family and friends. The garlic, olive oil and rosemary bring out a flavor that you would love indulging in.
Ingredients
  Mahi mahi pieces 5
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), finely chopped
  Rosemary 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
  Crushed black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Marinate fish with all the ingredients. Keep aside for half an hour. Place fish in a baking dish and bake for approximately 15 minutes or till done. Serve fish with a salad or boiled vegetables.
