Grilled Mahi Mahi

This grilled Mahi Mahi recipe is an easy to make anytime delight. You would love the variety of flavors that come from the lemon, herbs and olive oil. A superb choice for your grilling days.
Ingredients
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon (For the Marinade:)
  White vinegar 1 Teaspoon (For the Marinade:)
  Finely chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon (For the Marinade:)
  Salt To Taste (For the Marinade:)
  Crushed pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon (For the Marinade:)
  Mahi mahi 1 Pound, cut into bite sized pieces
  Lemon zest 1 Tablespoon
  Dry herbs/Fresh herbs as per choice 2 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped garlic/Minced garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix all the ingredients of the marinade together in a bowl. Add in the pieces of mahi mahi. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for approximately two hours. Heat the grill, spray on some olive oil and add the pieces of the fish. Grill for approximately 3-5 on each side. Serve.
