Basa Fish

Pan fried basa fillets marinated in fish sauce and a variety of ingredients is the perfect answer for a Sunday lunch. This recipe is just right for you if you have been thinking of making an entry into the culinary world.
Ingredients
  Basa fish fillet 2
  Fish sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Tabasco sauce 5 Dash
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Drop
  Salt To Taste
  Crushed pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Wash fish and clean well. Marinate the fish in a flat bottomed bowl with all ingredients for half an hour. Take a saucepan. Add 2 tbsp of oil and put in the basa fillets. Let cook for 3-4 mins. Turn over and cook till the fillets and cooked and golden brown.
