Easy Baked Fish Fillets

Ingredients
For coating
  Yellow cornmeal 3 Tablespoon
  Unseasoned dry bread crumbs 1 Tablespoon
  Dried parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Onion powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Haddock fillets/Halibut fillets 12 Ounce, cut into 4 serving-size pieces (About 1/2 Inch Thick)
For topping
  Reconstituted natural butter flavored mix 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
Directions

On wax paper, mix all coating ingredients.
Dip fillets in coating, pressing lightly to coat.
Arrange on 12-inch platter or roasting rack.
Microwave at High for 5 to 8 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork, rotating once.
In small bowl, blend all topping ingredients.
Drizzle over fish before serving.
