Pan Fried Fish

Ingredients
  Egg 1 , slightly beaten
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  All purpose flour/Unbleached flour / cornmeal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Pillsbury's)
  Fish fillets 1 Pound (Fresh / Frozen, Thawed)
  Oil/Shortening 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

In shallow dish, combine egg and milk; blend well.
Place flour in another shallow dish.
Dip fish in egg mixture; coat with flour.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add fish; cook 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown and fish flakes easily with fork, turning once during cooking.
Salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
