Anchovies Capers And Endive Salad

Ingredients
  Belgian endives 2
  Canned anchovy fillets 1 Ounce, drained, chopped
  Basic french dressing 1⁄4 (1/4 recipe, 1 serving)
  Dijon mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Drained capers 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Trim base of endive and cut in half lengthwise.
Place in a shallow saucepan and cover with boiling salted water.
Simmer until tender.
Drain and chill.
Combine remaining ingredients and serve over endive.
