Anchovies Capers And Endive Salad

|Canned anchovy fillets||1 Ounce, drained, chopped|
|Basic french dressing||1⁄4 (1/4 recipe, 1 serving)|
|Dijon mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Drained capers||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Trim base of endive and cut in half lengthwise.
Place in a shallow saucepan and cover with boiling salted water.
Simmer until tender.
Drain and chill.
Combine remaining ingredients and serve over endive.
