Baked Fish Mozzarella
|Flounder fillets||2 Pound (thick)|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tomato||1 Large, thinly sliced|
|Dried oregano||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Granulated garlic||1 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
Preheat oven to 375 F .
Butter large baking dish.
Rinse fillets in salted or acidulated water and pat dry
Arrange in single layer in dish.
Sprinkle with cheese and layer with tomato.
Dust with oregano, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
Bake until fish is opaque, about 10 minutes.
Transfer to heated platter and serve.
