Kath Eats Sardines

Ingredients
  Canned sardines 6 Ounce, drained
  Carrot 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced
  Purple bell pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise/Greek yogurt 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Mustard sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Sea salt To Taste
  Red curry powder 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, add in the sardines and crush with a fork.
2. Add in the carrot, celery and purple bell pepper. Mix well.
3. Stir in the mayonnaise and mustard and mix well.
4. Season with sea salt and red curry powder. Mix well.

SERVING
5. Spread the Sardine Salad over the bread slices and serve.
