Anchovy Butter Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Snipped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Anchovy paste 2 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Melt butter; add remaining ingredients and stir till well blended.
Serve hot with broiled fish.
