Swordfish Steaks In Lime Soy Marinade

Ingredients
  Swordfish steaks 32 Ounce (6 pieces, 5 1/3 ounce each)
  Fresh lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Scallion 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Lite soy sauce 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Corn oil/Safflower oil 1 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated lime rind 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), peeled and minced
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Scallion 1 , cut into julienne strips
  Lime rind 1 , cut into julienne strips
Directions

In a glass dish place swordfish steaks.
In a small bowl combine next 8 ingredients; mix well.
Pour over swordfish; cover.
Marinate in refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours.
Preheat broiler or grill.
On a broiler pan or grill place swordfish.
Cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily.
Serve with pan juices or heated marinade.
Garnish with scallion and lime rind strips.
