Broiled Salmon Steaks
|Salmon steaks||3⁄4 Pound (2 Large)|
|Parsley flakes||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
Sprinkle salmon with parsley flakes, salt and pepper.
In shallow bowl or pan, add lemon juice.
Marinate for 1 hour, turning after 30 minutes.
Place steaks on ungreased broiler pan; broil 8 to 10 inches from heat for 5 minutes on each side.
Salmon should flake easily when pierced with fork.
Serve with lemon.
