Baked Fish Steaks

Ingredients
  Fish steaks 2 Large
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Start oven, set at Moderately Hot, 400° F. Rub a shallow baking dish with margarine.
2. Wipe the steaks with a clean, damp cloth. Sprinkle on both sides with salt and pepper.
3. Place steaks in the baking dish. Dot with butter or margarine unless the fish is very fat. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
