Easy To Bake Fish Fillets

Ingredients
  Chopped celery 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped onion 6 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Margarine 4 Teaspoon, melted
  Fish fillets 1 Pound
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
2. Mix celery, onion, parsley, and margarine together.
3. Place mixture on top of fillets in a shallow baking dish.
4. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
5. Cover and bake 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
