Maja's Prawn Or Fish Patia

Ingredients
  Prawns/Any other fish 3⁄4 Kilogram, shelled, cleaned and deveined
  Onions 8 Medium, grated
  Tomato ketchup 3 Tablespoon
  Lime 1 , juiced
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Sesame seed oil/Ghee 4 Tablespoon
Grind together in a little valsad vinegar:
  Garlic 8 Clove (40 gm)
  Dry goa red chilies 8
  Cumin seeds 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Marinate prawns with salt and lime juice for half an hour.
Heat oil in a pan and fry onions till brown.
Add ground spices and fry well.
Add prawns and simmer till done.
Add a little vinegar, salt, sugar and tomato ketchup.
Serve hot with boiled rice and plain dal.
