Fried Spiced Fish

Ingredients
  Fish fillets 1 Kilogram (2 Pound)
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 2 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Coconut cream 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Cut fish into servings, dip in milk and then in flour mixed with curry powder and salt.
Heat oil and fry on both sides till golden brown.
Either heat coconut cream and serve as an accompaniment or place fish in baking dish, cover with coconut cream and bake in moderate oven for 15-20 minutes.
Serve with lemon or lime slices, rice and salad.
