|Butter||125 Gram, softened (1/2 Cup)|
|Anchovy paste||2 Teaspoon|
|Finely chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Combine butter in a bowl with anchovy paste and parsley and mix well.
Spoon into a small container to fill, cover, and chill.
Use to brush the cavity and over fish, or use in place of garlic butter on bread.
