Put fish slices in a bowl. Add beaten egg and corn flour, pinch of salt and pepper each and mix well. Each piece of fish needs to get coated with egg and corn flour. Heat oil in a wok. Fry fish pieces till it gets cooked. Strain and keep aside.
Take two tbsp oil in a heavy bottom frying pan. Add spring onions and sauté till the pieces start loosing moisture. Add Ching's Secret All In One Sauce and water, while stirring add fried fish pieces and mix well gently so that the cooked fish pieces doesn't break. Adjust the seasoning by adding more salt and pepper if required. Serve hot.
