Grilled Marinated Fish

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Fruit chutney 2 Tablespoon
  Grated fresh ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  White wine 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix together all the ingredients for the marinade.
Arrange the fish in a flat dish and pour over the marinade.
Marinate for 2 hours, turning the fish once or twice during this time.
Line a broiler pan with foil and arrange the fish pieces on it.
Brush them with the marinade.
Broil for 5 minutes, then brush with marinade again and broil a further 5 minutes or until the fish is cooked.
It is not necessary to turn the fish.
