Grouper With Dijon Butter

Ingredients
  Grouper fillet 1 Pound, cut into serving-size pieces (Fillets About 1 Inch Thick)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme leaves 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Arrange grouper in 9-inch square baking dish with thickest portions toward outside of dish.
Set aside.
Place butter in 1-cup measure.
Microwave at High for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 minutes, or until butter melts.
Stir in mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt and thyme.
Mix well.
Pour over grouper.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at High for 8 to 12 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork, spooning sauce over fish and rotating dish twice.
