In a large measuring cup, or bowl, mix all ingredients except salmon.
Place salmon in a deep dish, pour marinade over fish, and marinate for 1 hour at room temperature.
Preheat browning skillet according to package directions.
Remove salmon from marinade and cook 2 1/2 minutes on High; carefully turn (using a wide spatula), and cook 3 minutes more.
Let set, covered, 2 minutes.
