Baked Fish In Lemon Sauce
|Tub margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Fresh fish/1 1/2 pounds fish fillets||3 Pound (1 Fish, 2-3 Pound)|
|Green pepper||1 , sliced into rings|
|Onion||1 , sliced into rings|
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Combine margarine, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika, and brush over fish.
3. Place green pepper, onion, and fish in a plastic cooking bag.
4. Close bag and puncture according to package directions.
5. Bake 45-50 minutes. (Shorten the cooking time if thin fillets are used.) Fish is done when it flakes with a fork.
