Baked Fish In Lemon Sauce

Ingredients
  Tub margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh fish/1 1/2 pounds fish fillets 3 Pound (1 Fish, 2-3 Pound)
  Green pepper 1 , sliced into rings
  Onion 1 , sliced into rings
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Combine margarine, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika, and brush over fish.
3. Place green pepper, onion, and fish in a plastic cooking bag.
4. Close bag and puncture according to package directions.
5. Bake 45-50 minutes. (Shorten the cooking time if thin fillets are used.) Fish is done when it flakes with a fork.
