Snapper With A Triple Cheese Crust
|Dijon mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Stale breadcrumbs||70 Gram (1 Cup)|
|Grated mozzarella cheese||35 Gram (1/4 Cup)|
|Coarsely grated cheddar cheese||40 Gram (1/4 Cup)|
|Coarsely grated parmesan cheese||25 Gram (1/4 Cup)|
|Finely chopped fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Lemon pepper seasoning||2 Teaspoon|
|Snapper fillets||800 Gram (4 Fillets)|
|Cooking oil spray||1|
Combine mustard, breadcrumbs, cheeses, parsley, garlic and seasoning in large bowl.
Place fish on oiled oven tray; press cheese mixture onto fish, spray with cooking oil spray.
Bake, uncovered, in hot oven about 15 minutes or until cheese browns and fish is cooked through.
