Snapper With A Triple Cheese Crust

Ingredients
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Stale breadcrumbs 70 Gram (1 Cup)
  Grated mozzarella cheese 35 Gram (1/4 Cup)
  Coarsely grated cheddar cheese 40 Gram (1/4 Cup)
  Coarsely grated parmesan cheese 25 Gram (1/4 Cup)
  Finely chopped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Lemon pepper seasoning 2 Teaspoon
  Snapper fillets 800 Gram (4 Fillets)
  Cooking oil spray 1
Directions

Combine mustard, breadcrumbs, cheeses, parsley, garlic and seasoning in large bowl.
Place fish on oiled oven tray; press cheese mixture onto fish, spray with cooking oil spray.
Bake, uncovered, in hot oven about 15 minutes or until cheese browns and fish is cooked through.
