Fish Curry

Ingredients
  Salmon fish 1
  Salt To Taste
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust the quantity of water as needed)
  Coriander 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped (For garnish)
  Coconut milk 1 Tablespoon
  Tamarind juice 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Teaspoon (For Seasoning)
  Mustard seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon (For Seasoning)
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped (For Seasoning)
  Tomato puree 2 Teaspoon (For Seasoning)
  Fenugreek seeds 1 Teaspoon (Methi - For Grinding Masala)
  Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon (For Grinding Masala)
  Jeera seeds 1 Teaspoon (cumin seeds - For Grinding Masala - Fry these ingredients till they changes to red colour and grind it with adding water.)
Directions

In a pan put 2tsp of oil.
When it is hot add mustard seeds,allow to pop.
Then add curry leaves,fry for sec,add onion
And fry till it changes to brown colour.
Now add tomato puree and fry nicely.
Now add dry grinded masala powder,coconut milk,water tamarind juice mix it and allow bubbles to come.
Now add fish,salt and close the lid cook for 8 to 10 mins.
Afterwards taste it and serve to a bowl and garnish with coriander.
Eat with hot rice.
