Basic Buttered Fish
|Fish fillets||16 Ounce (frozen)|
|Salt||To Taste (Sauce Devilish (optional))|
Thaw fish according to defrosting.
Cut fish crosswise into 4 equal portions.
Heat butter in 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish at HIGH for 40 seconds till melted.
Stir Sauce Amandine or Sauce Devilish mixture into butter, if desired.
Place fish portions in the seasoned butter mixture, turning to coat both sides.
Sprinkle fish with some salt.
Cook, covered with waxed paper, at HIGH for 5 minutes till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, rotating dish twice.
