Tuna And Tomato
|Extra virgin olive oil||6 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Canned italian tomatoes||14 Ounce, chopped (1 Can, 400 Grams)|
|Tuna in oil||7 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can, 200 Grams)|
|Black pepper salt||To Taste|
|Dried pasta||1 Pound (500 Grams)|
Heat oil in a large frying pan.
Add onion and garlic and cook, stirring constantly over medium high heat, until softened, 5 minutes.
Simmer rapidly until just thickened, 10 minutes.
Add tuna and cook until hot through, 3 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Meanwhile, cook pasta in a large pot of boiling, salted water, until firm to the bite.
Add pasta to the hot sauce.
Toss well to coat.
