Tuna And Tomato

Ingredients
  Extra virgin olive oil 6 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Canned italian tomatoes 14 Ounce, chopped (1 Can, 400 Grams)
  Tuna in oil 7 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can, 200 Grams)
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper salt To Taste
  Dried pasta 1 Pound (500 Grams)
Directions

Heat oil in a large frying pan.
Add onion and garlic and cook, stirring constantly over medium high heat, until softened, 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes.
Simmer rapidly until just thickened, 10 minutes.
Add tuna and cook until hot through, 3 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Meanwhile, cook pasta in a large pot of boiling, salted water, until firm to the bite.
Drain.
Add pasta to the hot sauce.
Toss well to coat.
Serve immediately.
