Mother's Fish Mooli

Ingredients
  Pomfret 1 1⁄2 Kilogram, cut half inch thick through the bone
  Green chilies 6 , seeded and chopped
  Curry leaves sprigs 3
  Ginger piece 2 Inch, peeled and sliced
  Coconut milk 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Extracted From 1/2 Coconut)
  Limes 3 , juiced
  Salt To Taste
  Sesame seed oil 3 Tablespoon
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon, dry roasted individually and ground together to a fine paste
  Coriander seeds 1 Tablespoon, dry roasted individually and ground together to a fine paste
  Poppy seeds 1 Tablespoon, dry roasted individually and ground together to a fine paste
  Coconut 1⁄2 , grated, dry roasted individually and ground together to a fine paste
  Peanuts 2 Tablespoon, dry roasted individually and ground together to a fine paste
  Cashew nuts 3 Tablespoon, dry roasted individually and ground together to a fine paste
  Gram 4 Tablespoon, dry roasted individually and ground together to a fine paste
  Rice 1 Tablespoon, dry roasted individually and ground together to a fine paste
  Onions 2 , ground together with coriander, red chilies and garlic
  Coriander leaves 2 Tablespoon, ground
  Dry red chilies 7 , ground (Goan Variety)
  Garlic 7 Clove (35 gm), ground
Directions

Rub lime juice and salt on fish and leave to marinate for half an hour.
Mix both ground pastes.
Heat oil in a pan and fry ground spices.
Add coconut milk, ginger, green chillies, curry leaves and salt.
Mix well.
The texture should be that of milk.
Add water if necessary.
Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Add fish and simmer till done.
Add lime juice to taste.
Serve with white rice and papads.
