Fish with Grapes
|White fish||1 Pound, flaked, cooked in milk|
|Fresh cream||2 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Mashed potato||1 Pound|
|Cheese||4 Ounce, grated|
|Green grapes||1 Tablespoon, halved and seeded (For Garnish)|
Butter a casserole.
Arrange seeded grapes over the bottom of dish.
Mix fish with milk, cream and seasoning and place over grapes.
Mix potato with the egg and milk, season and place over the fish.
Score the top with a fork.
Cover and bake for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and dot with the butter and grill until brown.
Garnish with green grapes.
