Mixed Fish Platter

Ingredients
  Lollo rosso lettuce 1 , washed and dried
  Smoked mackerel fillets 8 Ounce, skinned (225 Gram, With Black Peppercorns)
  Black peppercorns 6 (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Kipper fillet 8 Ounce, skinned (225 Gram)
  Rollmop herrings 6 Ounce, drained (175 Gram)
  Red onion 1 Small, peeled and sliced
  Pink peppercorns in brine 1 Tablespoon, drained
  Red wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Clear honey 1 Tablespoon
  Dill sprigs 4 (For Garnish)
Directions

Break up the lettuce into small pieces and arrange on a serving plate.
Slice mackerel and kipper into bite-sized pieces and arrange on lettuce together with rollmops.
Top with onion and peppercorns.
Chill until needed.
To serve, mix together the vinegar and honey and pour over salad.
Garnish.
Serve with lemon wedges and rye bread.
