Mixed Fish Platter
|Lollo rosso lettuce||1 , washed and dried|
|Smoked mackerel fillets||8 Ounce, skinned (225 Gram, With Black Peppercorns)|
|Black peppercorns||6 (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Kipper fillet||8 Ounce, skinned (225 Gram)|
|Rollmop herrings||6 Ounce, drained (175 Gram)|
|Red onion||1 Small, peeled and sliced|
|Pink peppercorns in brine||1 Tablespoon, drained|
|Red wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Clear honey||1 Tablespoon|
|Dill sprigs||4 (For Garnish)|
Break up the lettuce into small pieces and arrange on a serving plate.
Slice mackerel and kipper into bite-sized pieces and arrange on lettuce together with rollmops.
Top with onion and peppercorns.
Chill until needed.
To serve, mix together the vinegar and honey and pour over salad.
Serve with lemon wedges and rye bread.
