Baste For Fish Steaks

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dijon-style mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Grated lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
Directions

Combine the oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, mustard, grated lemon rind and garlic in a small bowl, blending well.
Pour the baste over fish steaks in a glass baking dish.
Cover the dish and marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours before grilling.
