Buttery Fish Fillet
|Fish fillets||6 Ounce (Fresh / Frozen, 2 Fillets, 3 Ounce Each)|
|Margarine/Butter||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Red pepper sauce||8 Drop|
|Crushed butter crackers||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (8 Round Crackers)|
Pat fish fillets dry.
Mix margarine and pepper sauce.
Mix cracker crumbs, salt and paprika.
Dip fish into margarine mixture, then coat with cracker crumbs.
Place on rack in dish with thickest parts toward outside edges.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high (100%) until fish flakes easily with fork, 2 1/2 to 4 minutes.
