Scalloped Fish

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine / fat / salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Green peppers/Dill pickle 2 Tablespoon, minced seeded
  Medium white sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Hot One)
  Bottled thick meat sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Flaked fish 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Cooked / Canned)
  Processed american cheddar cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), grated
  Soft bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Melt the butter in a skillet; add onion and green pepper, and saute until tender, stirring occasionally.
Then add to the white sauce with meat sauce.
Alternate layers of fish and white sauce mixture in a 1 qt greased or oiled casserole or ramekins, or scallop shells.
Top with combined cheese and crumbs.
Bake in a moderately hot oven of 400°F for 20 min or until crumbs are brown.
