Lemon Ginger Fish Fillets
|White fish fillets||800 Gram (4 Pieces)|
|Finely grated lemon rind||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Finely grated fresh ginger||1 Teaspoon|
|Finely chopped fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Green onions||3 , finely sliced|
Cook fish in large heated oiled pan until browned lightly both sides and just cooked through.
Meanwhile, melt butter in small pan; add rind, juice and ginger, cook 1 minute.
Stir parsley and onion into butter sauce; serve sauce over fish.
