Fish Baked On Bed Of Vegetables

Ingredients
  Green pepper 1 Medium, seeded and sliced
  Tomato 1 Medium, sliced
  Onion 4 Ounce, sliced
  Fish fillets 1 Pound
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Place 1/2 of vegetables in baking dish.
Season fish with salt and pepper and arrange on top of vegetables.
Cover with remaining vegetables.
Add water, dot with margarine, and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350°F.
20 to 25 minutes or until fish is cooked.
Divide evenly.
