Baked Fish Fillets With Wine Sauce

Ingredients
  Minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine/fat/salad oil 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Top milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sauterne 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Frozen cod/Haddock fillets 1 Pound (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Saute onion tender in butter in double-boiler top over direct heat.
Stir in flour, 1 teasp salt, pepper, and top milk.
Cook over boiling water until thickened.
Remove; stir in Sauterne gradually.
Arrange fish, cut in servings, in 10" x 6" x 2" pan.
Sprinkle with 1/2 teasp salt; pour on sauce.
Bake in 350°F oven 30 min., basting 3 times with sauce.
