Easy Smoked Haddock Kedgeree

Ingredients
  Cooked smoked haddock 6 Ounce
  Hard boiled egg 1 , chopped
  Cooked rice 8 Ounce (Patna Variety)
  Parsley sprigs 4 (For Garnish)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
Directions

Flake fish coarsely with a fork and mix with the chopped egg, cooked rice and seasoning in a saucepan over moderate heat until hot, adding a little milk if necessary.
Place the mixture on a hot serving dish and garnish with parsley sprigs.
