Hot & Spicy Smoked Fish Stew
|Smoked fish||2 (Depending On Their Size, Poisson Fume)|
|Palm oil/Peanut oil||6 Tablespoon|
|Fresh tomatoes||2 , mashed|
|Tomato paste||1 Tablespoon, concentrate|
|Onion||1 Large, sliced|
|Fresh chili/Chili powder||To Taste|
|Green pepper powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Poivre)|
|Potatoes||2 (Pommee De Terre)|
|Carrot||1⁄2 Large (Carotte)|
|Pumpkin piece||4 (Potiron)|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
First drain the fishes in hot water for 2mn and then cut them in medium pieces ( or in your desire size).
Then mash the fresh tomatoes,add the tomato paste,onions,garlic,pepper and the chicken saisonning.
Heat the oil and add the fishesmthen the mixture.let it fry for 8mn,then put the carrot,potatoes, 2 cups of water and the fresh chillies and chilli powder.let simmer for 15mn before you add the pumpkin.Let it boil for another 10mn or till the vegetables are tender.serve with rice and enjoy it.
