Broiled Marinated Swordfish
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Teaspoon, grated|
|Swordfish steaks||2 Pound, cut 1/2 inch thick|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, minced|
Combine lemon juice and onion.
Marinate swordfish in mixture for 1 hour.
Place on broiler pan.
Broil about 3 inches from heat for 5 to 8 minutes on each side, until fish flakes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
