Ingredients
  Canned salmon 13 Ounce, drained (Skin And Bones Removed)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 2 Teaspoon
  Horseradish 2 Teaspoon
  Liquid smoke 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cream cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

1. Combine all ingredients except walnuts and parsley.
2. Shape into a ball on waxed paper, wrap, and chill 3-4 hours.
3. roll into walnuts and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
