Baked Stuffed Whole Fish

  Whole fish 3 Pound (Bluefish, Bass Or Red Snapper)
  Whole grain bread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Soft)
  Melted butter 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 4 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh dill 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped almonds 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon slices 4
  Dill sprig 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Wash fish and drain thoroughly on paper towels.
Mix bread crumbs, butter, parsley, dill, onion and almonds.
Add salt and pepper as needed.
Fill the cavity of the fish with bread crumb mixture and secure with toothpicks.
Brush outside of fish with oil and place in oiled baking pan.
Bake, uncovered in preheated oven, for 25 to 35 minutes depending on thickness of fish.
Garnish with lemon slices and sprigs of dill and serve.
