Baked Fish Fillet Gratin

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Ounce (30 Gram)
  Savory biscuit crumbs 2 Tablespoon
  Fish fillets 1 Pound (500 Grams, Thick Fillets Of Ling Or Gem Fish)
  Canned chopped tomatoes 8 Ounce (1 Cup Or 250 Gram)
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Grated cheese 2 Ounce (1/2 Cup Or 60 Gram)
Directions

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Grease a shallow casserole dish with half the butter and sprinkle over the biscuit crumbs.
Place fillets on crumbs.
Combine tomatoes, onion, salt and pepper and pour mixture over fish.
Dot with remaining butter and sprinkle over cheese.
Bake for 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
