Quick Glassblower's Herring

Ingredients
  Marinated herring 12 Ounce (1 Jar)
  Carrot 1 Medium, cooked and sliced
  Red onion 1 Large, thinly sliced
  Mustard seed 1 Teaspoon
  Peppercorns 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Pour marinated herring with liquid into bowl.
Add carrot, onion, mustard seed and peppercorns.
Refrigerate overnight, turning several times.
Serve chilled.
Remove peppercorns, if desired.
