Cabbage Tuna Toss
|Shredded cabbage||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Canned water packed tuna||6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained and broken into chunks (1 Can)|
|Sliced fresh mushrooms||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Tomato||1 Medium, cut into thin wedges|
|Cucumber||1⁄2 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Pitted ripe olives||12 , halved lengthwise|
|Radishes||6 , thinly sliced|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Plain yogurt||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Dried dill weed||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
For salad, in a large salad bowl combine shredded cabbage, tuna, mushrooms, tomato wedges, cucumber, ripe olives, and radishes. Cover salad; chill for several hours.
For dressing, in a small bowl stir together mayonnaise or salad dressing, plain yogurt, prepared mustard, and dillweed. Cover; chill for several hours.
Just before serving, pour dressing over salad; toss lightly to coat.
