|Whole salmon/Snapper / bass / haddock||6 Pound, cleaned and boned (1 Piece)|
|Olive tomato sauce/Celery garlic sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Brush inside of fish with half of the sauce.
Tie fish securely with string.
Brush outside of fish with sauce and place on greased grill.
Grill fish 20-30 minutes over coals, basting continually with remaining sauce, until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Cut into individual servings with electric knife.
